SUBMIT REQUIREMENT / ANALYSIS
The first step where our clients submit their requirements to us, preferrably with a JD or a verbal translation. This is analysed by our head of sourcing, who in turn churns the database for these throughputs.
THE HUNT BEGINS
Based on the requirements specified by our clients, our sourcing team begins calling on candidates who match the given criteria. Searches are also enabled via Social Networks and as need arises, on Search Networks, thanks to our partners at The Design Hut
. This ensures a larger turnout of appropriate candidates for clients to choose from.
The Resumés/CVs of potential candidates are vetted, collated and send across to clients for their review. The client's select a few or all of these resumes and advise for interviews to be scheduled as per the calendar of the organisation. These interviews are then scheduled with the candidates and the same is confirmed via email to the client.
The dreaded moment of truth for a majority of the parties involved; the interview. Candidates appear for their round/s of interviews with Department Heads and HR Managers. Some job roles require a max 1-3 day trial to be conducted.
Post the grilling at the interviews and trial sessions, the client selects the most suitable fit for their requirements from the pool of candidates presented. An offer is made and the candidate joins on the given date of joining.
